Join Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa’s (CCBSA) Commercial team for an exciting Sales Learnership opportunity. We’re seeking dynamic individuals across various regions in South Africa. As a Sales Learner, you’ll work under the guidance of the Sales Team Leader.
Objective:
This program aims to equip learners with skills in volume growth, order processing, and maintaining merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers in specific regions. Successful candidates will attain the National Certificate in Marketing, NQF Level 4.

- Diploma/Degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- No prior completion of the same qualification/learnership elsewhere

- South African citizenship

- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Age between 18-35 years
This learnership spans 12 months, during which you’ll accumulate a minimum of 120 credits for qualification.
